Mike Belding
Greene County Commissioner Mike Belding graduated from Waynesburg Central High School in 1981 and attended Penn State University. Upon graduation in 1985, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and served nearly three decades as an aviation officer, strategic planner and analyst, retiring as a Colonel in 2012.

Mike holds a B.S. in Agriculture Science from Penn State University, an M.A. in Management from Webster University and a M.S. in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University, Washington D.C.
Mike currently serves as the Chairman, Greene County Commissioners, and volunteers for numerous organizations. He and his wife, Lisa, have a small farm and raise goats, chickens and honeybees. They have two adult children.

Darlene Bigler
Executive Director, Blueprints, Inc. Darlene J. Bigler is the chief executive officer of Blueprints, formerly Community Action Southwest, a role she has served for the past 30 years. Blueprints is a change agency that breaks futures and build futures in southwestern Pennsylvania, as well as parts of West Virginia. Blueprints employs 330 and administers more than $43 million in government grants and private contracts each year, to serve 20,000 people.

Bigler has founded and operates several corporations affiliated with Blueprints including Action Resources, Inc., a non-profit property holding company, and Plaza Building Associates, LLC., which owns and operates a 40,000 square foot commercial office building. She and her team led Blueprints through the acquisition and merger of nonprofit corporation Try Again Homes, which provides foster care, adoption and support services in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Bigler serves as a Trustee of the Washington Health System, is a board member of the Southwest Corner Workforce Investment Board, and board member and past president of the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania. She is a board member of CAPLAW, the national membership based organization that provides legal and financial technical assistance to 1,000 community action agencies throughout the U.S.
She is the recipient of the 2008 Athena Award from the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and was awarded the Community Engagement and Innovative Program of the Year awards in 2016 by the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania.
Bigler serves as a Trustee of the Washington Health System, is a board member of the Southwest Corner Workforce Investment Board, and board member and past president of the Community Action Association of Pennsylvania. She is a board member of CAPLAW, the national membership based organization that provides legal and financial technical assistance to 1,000 community action agencies throughout the U.S.

Blake Birchmeier
Attorney, Law & Adjunct Faculty Attorney Birchmeier's practice focuses on the areas of business as well as estates and trusts matters. As an attorney, Blake deals in a variety of commercial transactions, helps clients to start, run, and plan for the succession of their businesses, and works on estate/trust matters from both a planning and administrative standpoint. Attorney Birchmeier is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Birchmeier is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Greene County Bar Association, and the Washington County Bar Association.
In conjunction with his duties as a licensed attorney, Mr. Birchmeier currently teaches as an Adjunct Professor for Waynesburg University in the college's Political Science Department.

Stacey Brodak
Vice President for Institutional Advancement & University Relations, Waynesburg University Stacey Brodak, Vice President for Institutional Advancement and University Relations, joined Waynesburg University in 2017. She leads the teams responsible for the University’s fundraising and development initiatives, as well as marketing and advertising initiatives.
Upon her arrival to the University, Ms. Brodak worked with her team to launch a new branding campaign and website for the University and helped to successfully conclude the University’s O.A.K.S. Campaign, a comprehensive fundraising initiative, in 2020. Most recently, she also helped to facilitate the |
launch of a new campus store, The Nest.
Experienced in program building, external affairs and community engagement, Ms. Brodak has a broad background in communications, donor stewardship, government and community relations, corporate social responsibility, leadership and management for both the private and public sectors. In 2018, she helped launch the University’s Center for Corporate Social Responsibility.

Jack Burt
Job Developer at Southwest Training Services, Retired Jack started working part time at age 11 at a car wash in Washington, PA. He has been extremely lucky health-wise as he retired 2/28/2023 working 55 years without ever missing a day of work due to illness in his life!
Jack worked in various capacities in the financial services industry for over 30 years. The last 7 years was by far his favorite job as he worked for the nonprofit agency Southwest Training Services, Inc. at the PA CareerLink Offices in Washington and Greene Counties assisting job seekers and employers. |
One of the ways Jack helped job seekers and employers was conducting regular workshops and making various presentations. Jack has been a member of Toastmasters International for over a dozen years, which he credits to substantially helping his public speaking.

Matt Cumberledge
Executive Director, Greene County Historical Society Museum Matthew W. Cumberledge is an avid local historian and researcher who has spent his life studying Greene County and the Upper Ohio Valley Region.
A lifelong resident of Greene County Pennsylvania, and graduate of Waynesburg Central High School, he spent his early years working as a Draftsman for the County of Greene Tax Assessment Office and Later as a Master Draftsman for Developed Structures Incorporated, both in Waynesburg Pennsylvania. |
In 2003, he enlisted in the United States Army, as an Infantryman, and served two full tours of Iraq. After his experience in the Military, Matthew worked as a Corrections Officer for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, and served as Vice President of the Pennsylvania State Corrections Officer Association, Local, SCI Fayette. All the while, in his free time, Matthew worked with State and Local Agencies to preserve historical sites throughout the Monongahela Valley.
In late 2018, Matthew parted with the DOC to pursue his lifelong love of history, to be named the Executive Director of the Greene County Historical Society and Museum. Currently, Matthew is working on cataloging and recording the Native American Artifacts housed at the Greene County Historical Society from digs throughout Greene County with the assistance of Travis D. Elliott.
In his free time, Matthew enjoys hunting, researching, locating, and recording local Historic and Prehistoric Sites, and travelling the greater Ohio Valley area studying the Adena and Hopewell Cultures and their associated earthworks. He is also an avid Civil War Reenactor with the 31st Virginia out of Philippi WV. In addition to being Executive Director of the Greene County Historical Society, he also serves on the board of Directors for the Cornerstone Genealogical Society in Waynesburg Pennsylvania and plays an active role in the Mon-Yough Chapter of the Society for Pennsylvania Archaeology.

Joshuah Dains
Financial Advisor, Milinovich & Co. Joshuah works as a Financial Advisor at Milinovich & Co in Waynesburg. He has lived his entire life in Clarksville. Married to his wife Jessie, and blessed with 2 little ones - Baelyn and Theodore - there is no shortage of fun in the Dains household.
Prior to his current job he worked as the Controller at Baily Insurance Agency and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Mylan Pharmaceuticals. While pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Waynesburg University he was given the opportunity to serve with many organizations - from locations in Guatemala and Costa Rica to Mississippi and North Carolina. However, he has remained most passionate about and committed to Greene County. |
Joshuah serves as the Board President for GCUW. Prior to that he has also served as Board Treasurer. He serves as the Treasurer for the Mason-Dixon Riders Association, Board Member for Waynesburg Rotary Club, and is President elect for Waynesburg University's Alumni Council. He has also served in different capacities at his church, First Presbyterian Church of Waynesburg.
The Dains family spends most of their free time outdoors - on ATV's or Dirt Bikes, hiking, or playing in the creek. When forced inside Joshuah is often times found consumed in a book or researching local history.

Dave Floyd
Director of Development & Alumni Relations, Waynesburg University Dave Floyd is currently the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Waynesburg University.
Dave graduated from the University in 2012, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and emphases in journalism and sports broadcasting/sports information. Upon graduation, he took on a full-time role as an admissions counselor, spending five years within the office in various roles and earning his M.B.A. with an option in market development in 2015. |
In the spring of 2017, he transitioned to the Office of Institutional Advancement as a major gifts officer. In his various roles within Institutional Advancement, Dave has been blessed to travel throughout the country to meet with many alumni and friends of Waynesburg. Through his work, he aids in connecting these alumni and friends to the University and one another, as well as opportunities to positively impact students.
Dave and his wife, Jess, an assistant professor of nursing at the University, live in Waynesburg with their dog, Copper. Dave also serves as an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church in town as well as on the board of directors for the Greene County United Way.

Melody Longstreth
Executive Director, Greene County, PA Chamber of Commerce Melody is the Executive Director for the Greene County Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Chamber Professionals and was recently recognized for thirty years of service to the chamber industry.
Professionally, she serves on the PACP state-wide communications committee and the Greene County United Way allocations committee. |
Personally, she has served in other organizations throughout the county such as the Greene County 4-H Program as a club leader, county advisory board member and was appointed by Penn State to the Greene County Livestock Council.
She has supported the Waynesburg Central High School Band Program by leading their booster organization for four years and served for twenty years on the Waynesburg Borough Special Events Council assisting with the organization and execution of the Rain Day Festival.
She is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Waynesburg where she serves as their treasurer and scholarship chair, a member of the Greene County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee and serves as the coordinator for the Greene County Fair Queen Program.

Pam Marisa
Owner, Direct Results & The Denny House Pamela Marisa, a woman with ambitious ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit, opened Direct Results BSP, Inc. in 2002 in Waynesburg, PA. Direct Result, which began as a dream, has now become successful reality, boasting two locations and over fifty employees, who fully embody an attitude of “Yes! We can do it!” Direct Results currently conducts business in more than 27 states and 5 countries.
Direct Results provides branding and marketing at its best, by providing businesses and organizations with services such as graphic design, web design, social media management, videography, promotional products, and advertising. Direct Results also has in-house production equipment for screen printing, embroidery, engraving, commercial printing, and a full-service sign shop. In addition, Direct Results publishes the GreeneScene, a community magazine that is direct mailed to over 25,000 households. Pam opened her second Direct Results location in Morgantown, WV in 2019. |

- The Denny House Venue – Set in a historic home which has been known and loved by the entire community for nearly two centuries. The Denny House offers a journey into the early 1900’s for weddings, receptions, reunions, birthdays and more.
- The Huffman House – A unique and elegant historic home built in 1907. Pam plans to restore this home and open it to the public as an upscale restaurant.

Fred Morecraft
Superintendent, Carmichaels School District Fred Morecraft is serving in his fifth year as superintendent at Carmichaels Area School District. In his 25 years in education, he has had the pleasure of working as a coach, classroom teacher, and elementary principal.
A well respected educator who began his career as a classroom teacher, Fred has always made student learning, creativity, and achievement the focus of his work. Whether it was working at All Saints School as an 8th grade teacher, Bobtown Elementary as a 4th grade teacher, or Carmichaels Area Elementary Center as a 6th grade teacher, he always made learning fun and exciting with many hands on, project based lessons. |
Switching over to the administrative side of education allowed Mr. Morecraft to focus his efforts on every student, bringing forth initiatives that impact the learning of all children in the district rather than just his classroom. His work as superintendent has led to a new vision for the district to encompass learning experiences for students. He has helped to lead Carmichaels to a more career driven curriculum with a highlight on the resiliency of his staff and students.
Mr. Morecraft has also proudly served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. His work in the military included Construction Surveyor with the 429th Engineer Battalion, Infantry Team Leader with the 1/110th Infantry Battalion, and Tank Commander with the 1/103rd Armor Battalion, at which time he was chosen as the Milton Baker Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year.

Christy Orndorff
Owner, Valley View Farms Venue Christy Orndorff is the wife of Corbly Orndorff and mother to two beautiful daughters Cassie (Kyle) Lamb and Caitlin (Marlin) Morton. Together with her daughter Caitlin, they operate Valley View Farm, a family owned and operated wedding venue business. The family also continues to operate a working farm with their registered Belgian draft horses.

Christy has been a registered nurse at WVU Medicine Children’s since graduating from Waynesburg College in 1992. She has spent the majority of her career providing bereavement support and programing to families whose children have gone too soon. She has provided bereavement education throughout the state of WV and also internationally in Nairobi, Kenya. It is this passion that is the foundation behind the Valley View Farm Venue. A percentage of all rentals benefit Butterfly Angels: The McKinley Anne Foundation, a local nonprofit whose mission is to provide emotional and financial support for bereaved parents. The Orndorff family vision is to create a warm, peaceful haven for those whose life has been put on pause – due to crisis, illness or loss – and help them find hope, peace, and new beginnings.
Zachery Patton
Management Consultant, University of Pittsburgh's Small Business Development Center Zack Patton is a Management Consultant at the University of Pittsburgh’s Small Business Development Center. Since 2019, he has worked with startups and small businesses out Allegheny, Washington, and Greene Counties. Zachery brings experience in the restaurant industry, technology, business development, as well as sustainability initiatives. His focus is to help entrepreneurs position themselves to succeed and prosper.

Lisa Petro
HR Director, Cornerstone Care Lisa Petro has over 25 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience holding top HR leadership roles with a large focus in the healthcare industry. Lisa has a B.S. in Business/Human Resources Management and a minor in the Legal Environment of Business from The Pennsylvania State University. She holds a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. Lisa is certified by HRCI and has her SPHR. She is also certified by SHRM with her SHRM-SCP certification.

She has been an instructor for those who are looking to obtain their HR certifications as well as a trainer internally and externally on HR-related topics. Lisa has served on the Greene County United Way Board of Directors holding a variety of roles, including policy chair. Lisa Has also served on the Board of the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association. She has served as Past President for both organizations. Lisa is currently the head of Human Resources for Cornerstone Care. Lisa has been married for over thirty years and has twin daughters that are in graduate school this year. She and her family reside in Waynesburg, Pa. with their cat Binx.
Ellen Rossi
President, EQT Foundation Ellen Rossi serves as President of the EQT Foundation, the philanthropic extension of EQT Corporation, the nation’s largest natural gas producer, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. With Ellen’s oversight, the EQT Foundation awards nearly $4M a year to organizations throughout Appalachia whose missions are primarily focused on community enrichment, education & workforce, and the environment. Ellen frequently collaborates with the nonprofit community and schools to help guide and develop strategic partnerships for funding that enable communities to prosper and open pathways for our future workforce. In addition to overseeing the EQT Foundation, Ellen manages all community investment programs at EQT Corporation, including employee engagement opportunities.

Prior to joining EQT in November 2009, Ellen served as the Vice President of Communication Services at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development. In her role, she oversaw the coordination of regional events such as the 250th Commemoration of the French & Indian War, Pittsburgh 250, the G-20 Summit, as well as overall implementation of numerous membership and community initiatives. Ellen began her career as an Events Coordinator at the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership where she helped with the planning of several events including Light Up Night. Serving in those roles, Ellen developed an appreciation for the challenges and passion nonprofit organizations experience to fulfill their missions.

Pam Snyder
PA State Representative, Retired State Representative Pam Snyder was elected to her first term in office in November 2012 and recently retired after serving her fifth two-year term representing the 50th Legislative District. She also served as the deputy whip of the House Democratic Caucus.

Snyder’s career of public service spans three decades. She has served at the local, state and federal levels of government, starting as an office clerk in the Greene County Sheriff’s office and advancing her way up through, ultimately transitioning from supporting elected officials to feeling called to step up and serve.
During her tenure as Deputy District Director for Congressman Frank Mascara, she worked tirelessly on behalf of veterans, persisting until the first case of Persian Gulf Syndrome was officially recognized by the federal government. Her efforts were acknowledged by the late U.S. Senator John McCain in his 2014 book Thirteen Soldiers.
Snyder went on to run for Greene County Commissioner in 2003, serving 9 years, all of them as chair. During her time as chair, she and her colleagues never had a split vote.
During her tenure, she finalized the development of WalMart, facilitated a community-driven comprehensive plan - which is still acknowledged today as an excellent tool for county growth and development, and led an effort on behalf of 300 property owners to halt a 500 KV power line, which spanned across Greene and Washington Counties using a 35-year-old right-of-way.
In an agreement to stop the power line, Snyder was instrumental in facilitating the return of property rights back from that 35-year-old right-of-way to approximately 300 property owners from both Greene and Washington counties. Snyder also negotiated into the agreement that Allegheny Power establish an endowment at Waynesburg University that awards one graduating senior from each of the five school districts a scholarship to attend Waynesburg University.
Snyder currently serves as Senior Advisor in the government relations department of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney.

Snyder also negotiated into the agreement that Allegheny Power establish an endowment at Waynesburg University that awards one graduating senior from each of the five school districts a scholarship to attend Waynesburg University.
Snyder currently serves as Senior Advisor in the government relations department of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney.
Adrienne Tharp
Director of the Center for Service Leadership & Bonner Scholars Program, Waynesburg University Adrienne Tharp graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a degree in Professional Communications. For the first year after college she served with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Nashville, TN working with homeless and street youth. She decided to complete an additional year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA serving as the Service Development and Research Coordinator back at Wheeling Jesuit. Both of those opportunities opened the door

to become the Director of the Service for Social Action Center at Wheeling Jesuit University. In that role she worked directly with the campus and greater community planning and coordinating local, domestic, and international service opportunities. While in that position, she was also the director of a grant funded after school program in partnership with Wheeling Middle School.
Since the fall of 2013 Adrienne has been at Waynesburg University. In her current role she serves as the Director of the Center for Service Leadership and the Bonner Scholars Program. She is also a member of Greene County United Way Board of Directors. Adrienne lives here in Waynesburg with her husband, two kids, and two boxers.

Charles W. Trump Jr.
President, First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Greene County Charles W. Trump, Jr., is the President and CEO of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Greene County. Joining the Association in 1999, Chuck began his career with First Federal as a loan officer in Morgantown. He later moved to the Waynesburg main office in 2010 as a Vice President in charge of

deposit operations, marketing and security. In January 2017, Chuck was named Executive Vice President and Secretary of the Association’s Board of Directors before being named CEO two years later. In January 2020, he was appointed to the Board and became President in April 2020.
Chuck graduated from the-then Waynesburg College in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree and in 2006 with an MBA. He is a member and past president of both Waynesburg University’s Alumni Council and the Rotary Club of Waynesburg, in addition to serving in the Fairchance Exchange Club and on the boards of Salvation Army of Greene County and Southwestern Pennsylvania Area Agency on Aging. Chuck and his wife, Shelly, live in Fairchance and have two daughters: Elizabeth, a resident at WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital, and Kimberly, a sophomore at Waynesburg University. In 2022, Elizabeth and her husband, Luke, gave Chuck and Shelly their first grandchild, Charles James, or “C.J.” for short.

P20 Liaison for the Howard Clark Opportunity Foundation Laura graduated from Carmichaels Area High School and West Virginia University with a degree in special and physical education. She also obtained her Supervisor of Special Education at the University of Pittsburgh. Laura retired in August 2021 from the West Greene School District where she held the |
following positions: special education teacher, lead support teacher and supervisor of special education. In addition, she coached 7th & 8th, Jr. Varsity and Varsity girls’ basketball for 10 years and was recently inducted into the West Greene Hall of Fame. She was a coach and executive team member for Greene County Special Olympics for 20 years as well.
Laura is a currently severing as a board member in several organizations: United Way of Greene County, Greene Arc, Community Foundation, and Flenniken Library. Laura is also a member of the Greene County Association of School Retirees and has volunteer with the Tri-County Leathernecks Toys for Tots Program for the past 42 years with her family.
Laura is a member of the Greene Valley Presbyterian Church, where she is a Deaconess, member of the Christian Education Committee and the Psalm 150 Bell Choir. Laura also is a Sunday school teacher and is one of the church van drivers.
Laura is enjoying her retirement being on community boards, traveling with her husband John and spending time with her family and friends.
